If you would like to return or exchange a product purchased directly from us,
please contact - Customer@econappy.net with your enquiry and reason for return.
Eco Nappy will refund or exchange any product purchased directly from its online store providing products are in a saleable condition and returned within 28 days of purchase (proof of purchase is required).
The refund will include the cost of the product plus twice the original delivery cost; as per our online delivery calculator, after the proof of the dispatch of the product back to Eco Nappy. Eco Nappy cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost/damaged in delivery or in transit to Eco Nappy.
Postage costs for returning products must be met by the customer.
If products are returned within 28 days of purchase all original postage costs will be refunded along with the cost of the products.
Please note, due to the nature of the product if the product is shown to have been in any way used or changed with similar product the item is deemed ‘not saleable.’
